Ενεργειακές Μπουκίτσες
Υλικά (περ. 15 μικρές μπουκίτσες ή 5 μπάρες)
- 10 Βασιλικοί Χουρμάδες
(αν είναι ξεροί μουλιάστε τους σε νερό για περίπου 3 ώρες, αν είναι μαλακοί τους βάζετε όπως είναι, ιδανικά οι φρέσκοι είναι αφρός!)
Εναλλακτικά μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε αποξηραμένα φρούτα της αρεσκείας σας χωρίς ζάχαρη, όπως :
– Αποξηραμένα δαμάσκηνα
– Αποξηραμένα βερίκοκα
– Cranberry - 20 Ανάλατοι Ξηροί καρποί (αμύγδαλα, Brazilian nuts, καρύδια, και οποιοδήποτε άλλο υλικό της αρεσκείας σας
- Ινδοκάρυδο (τρίμα) ή Κακάο (προαιρετικά)
Εκτέλεση :
Τοποθετούμε στο multi τα υλικά και αλέθουμε μέχρι να γίνει μια μπάλα (προσοχή, αν είναι πολύ σφιχτό το μίγμα μας προσθέτουμε 1-2κ.γλ. νερό).
Αφού αλέσουμε όλα τα υλικά μας, πλάθουμε μικρές μπαλίτσες και αν θέλουμε τις πασπαλίζουμε με Ινδοκάρυδο ή κακάο. Διατηρούνται στο ψυγείο.
